Your error messages look similar to the ones reported in the issue - https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/issues/5550 It could be because of some other software such as the VirtualBox running on your machine. Can you please try closing VirtualBox, if it's running on your machine and try launching Rancher Desktop again? You may also want to try

rdctl factory-reset

before launching Rancher Desktop again.
