What's wrong with Velero?

nothing wrong .it’s very good tool .due to some restrictions at my work place outside tool unable to download as of now .. so searching if anything I can use as an alternative which already inside

In that case you should backup the ETCD and restore it to another environment. But AFAIK it will not backup the data stored in PV. You can use some other traditional way to dump your PV data to other filesystem

yes when going for individual way to migrate it will be hectic ..so I was looking for some alternate tool
