I'm trying to replace docker desktop to reancher, When I run the step mentioned here https://github.com/markshust/docker-magento and up de container I'm getting the permission error

Not sure which step you are referring to but if the problem is related to permission issue with bind mounts on macOS then this github issue has some suggestions, especially the suggestion provided in this comment
