It seems to be already described here: https://github.com/harvester/harvester/issues/4633
In the VM log I see the following error:
Libvirt event channel is full, dropping event.
This is a showstopper for us if there are any bugs that can propagate to affect all VM:s in the cluster.

Looks like they're shipping a fix for it in Harvester 1.2.2 and there was a workaround in that linked issue

a support bundle would be appreciated to make sure it is the same issue

Here is the supportbundle for the issue. I’m still stuck and the cluster is unusable right now. Any advice on how to resolve this other than re-installing the whole cluster again?

sorry i had been a bit side tracked.. your VM's are not in default or system namespaces
i see the pv's but no VM/pod info in the support bundle
are you please able to generate another one with the additional workload namespaces included?
