This workround is hardcore from environment of production! Existis some drash of cluster update. I connect into principal node of cluster, and execute

/usr/bin/rancherd bootstrap upgrade --force

. This updated everyone else, allowing the pending node to join the cluster. There was downtime in my workload, so be careful!
