Interesting... I'm assuming you have ssh access to kubeadm-03. Anything in the logs for qemu-guest-agent?

$ sudo journalctl -u qemu-guest-agent

And also on the Harvester side, if you click on kubeadm-03 and click on "Events" do you see anything suspicious logged there?
