running on the Harvester cluster (not the guest cluster)?

And if possible, please help generate a support bundle with the namespace added. In your case I think it’s called

production

. You can refer to the docs about adding additional namespaces for the support bundle kit to collect information.

you’ve selected IPAM: Pool, so you have to create a Pool of IPs in Harvester

if you want to allocate the loadbalancer IP using DHCP, select IPAM: DHCP
