You can install logging operator from Apps then setup the flow to your preferred destination.

yes, I installed it, but whenever I install its statefulset pod is getting failed whose name is rancher-logging-root-fluentd you can see here

that is bizzare. installing banzi-logging-operator works fine on downstream cluster but it does fail on rancher-local cluster. your other option is to not use the Apps and follow upstream docs to install it. https://kube-logging.dev/docs/install/ that worked for me.
