Assuming you have access to that cluster via CLI? If so, look at the pods in cattle-system namespace on that cluster

I have checked all the pods in the cattle-system namespace and they’re all up and running

What's the state of the cluster in the Cluster Management section? It does look like you're using an old version of Rancher though. It's worth consulting https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/#rancher and https://www.suse.com/suse-rancher/support-matrix/all-supported-versions/rancher-v2-7-9/ and considering getting up to date
