The K3s certificate time is exactly 1 hour after my current system time. I am using packer to build a vm.

Is ntp running on the vm, eg chronyd? And your host, on host is the BIOS time set to UTC?

ntp is running, what i forgot to set was the correct timezone in the guest vm. But thanks for the reply!!
