Requests to the ui-plugin-operator that fail with a 4xx can safely be ignored

the curious thing is i don't have the namespace in the cluster... this get is not in my reference cluster either, everything works there. But in this cluster nothing happens after entering the login data except the loading bar

there should be another request that is failing or an error in the console. unless the error is not a 4xx, that might mean something else is failing. can you confirm the state of your rancher is ok?
