I think you can set

preserve

before deleting them, but I haven't tested that yet

what I found so far is that in the BundleDeployment exists the option 'keepResources' (https://fleet.rancher.io/ref-crds#bundledeploymentoptions) I did test, but it didn't work. Maybe I should have patched under stagedOptions ?
