In your settings, please check that
dockerd
is selected as the container engine. Note that sometimes for other tools to interact with it you may need to allow administrative access (first checkbox in the second screenshot); they're supposed to look at the docker configs but not everybody does so. (If you do enable it, though, you'd need to supply your password after every boot, so that can be a bit annoying…)

You should have Docker Desktop installed (or install docker in another way but Docker Desktop is the easiest way)

Hi @proud-jewelry-46860 thanks. I do have Admin privilege. When I select "docker" I see this error that says "Kubernetes version "" not found" It seems to be empty string. Any idea?

Please switch to the Kubernetes page in the dialog, and either set the desired Kubernetes version, or disable Kubernetes if you don't need it.
If the version dropdown doesn't show a list of versions, then you may have problems accessing Github, in which case it would be interesting to know if you are behind a proxy.
