heh ok i'm an expert on DR for rke2 and rancher lol

Couldn't restore etcd because cilium installed hubble and needed servicemonitor crds that come from prom and they weren't there, so cilium couldn't start. I also restored a blank DB lol

etcd snapshots should be paused until AFTER restore completes it seems it isn't
