That's the only error I'm seeing in the events, I haven't been able to check logs since none of the containers have been able start yet. UFW is disabled on ubuntu right now but the node still hasn't been able to initialize three hours later. I've also tried restarting the containerd service

Oh you're using your own containerd? Did you configure k3s to use it?
