Hi, I have an

v1.26.8+rke2r1

cluster running Rancher

v2.7.6

and want to add a new local user to be able to manage that cluster but....Cluster Management->Clusters->local->Edit Config shows me the older RKE style config page with no users listed in Member Roles. Is this expected as I thought config of the local cluster would be similar to the downstream RKE2 clusters?
