are there plans to address CVE-2022-1996 in docker.io/rancher/hardened-cluster-autoscaler:v1.8.6-build20230609, I understand it may not be vulnerable but this has been addressed in a newer version of github.com/emicklei/go-restful, and many scanners report this issue with the autoscaler
