No the cluster status is not relevant. It is for a ha setup i think. You should enable the debug log on the alertmanager deployment and then look at the looks. There is probably some problem with your alertmanagerconfig and it should be clearer in the logs

Thanks, I enabled debug and it is just a bunch of “Received alert” and “flushing alerts” messages. Nothing appears wrong.
