If you login to the API, you can download the file via a URL similar to this: https://192.168.0.100/v1/harvester/harvesterhci.io.virtualmachineimages/default/cirros-0.6.2/download Replace the IP and in this case the 'cirros-0.6.2' is the image name which you can see in the URL if you view the image config in the UI.
