can anyone help to fix this. I am trying to deploy a windows node in a Rancher 2.7.6 kubernetes v1.26.7+rke2r1 cluster but i get an HNS error:

startup/dataplane_windows.go 119: Unable to create hns network Calico subnet="240.28.141.128/26"

the problem seems to be at:

startup/startup.go 823: Selected default IP pool is '192.168.0.0/16'

I have specified

cluster-cidr: 240.28.0.0/15

on both calico global configuration and cluster network but on windows node keeps comming wrong subnet for HNS
