and a modal pops up

just change the

field on the modal to

dynamic

and submit the request. If it’s the only change you made, your rancher dashboard will now start to work again.

means that the version of rancher dashboard being used is what is shipped with the version of rancher you installed. setting it to

(old UI) and

ui-dashboard-index
