From CLI or Rancher UI? The Project is Rancher term (as far as I know), so unless you use rancher-cli you would not be able to create projects with kubectl (as far as I know). From Rancher UI, click on your cluster, Projects/Namespaces then click Create Project on top right.

I was basically looking at a programatic way. Btw can we create projects in Rancher UI with specific namespaces and names?
