Is there a supported way to spin up the managing Rancher Cluster on top of the Harvester Cluster that uses the present CRDS for IaC-Clusters like clusters.cluster.x-k8s.io or clusters.provisioning.cattle.io we are doing this with cluster-templates already for the downstream clusters but I would also like to have our rancher cluster somewhere as IaC.
