Could be a few things. 1. Did you recently make a change to the registry? 2. Can you confirm that the image you are looking for is indeed in the registry? 3. Were there any network changes that were recently made?

Looking at the logs, is it attempting to pull from an IPv6 address? If so, any chance that you can try IPv4 or use a NAT64 gateway? Worst case you should be able to follow the airgap directions.
