08/03/2023, 5:36 PMyou may want to check that vmcompute service is also starting if you are on 11 and ControlFlowGuard is disabled. the VirtualMachinePlatform feature requires CFG or it will error out

08/15/2023, 1:41 PMi would check the syslogs if there are machine controls governing vmcompute or other WSL features than that could block some activity that RD is trying to do.
