The YAML for the podmight be useful. The error seems to be on /ansible/ansible.cfg, not the env.yml file?

@faint-policeman-5206 yes I have tried accessing the /ansible/ansible.cfg file as well but receiving the same issue

The output of

namei -l /ansible/ansible.cfg

from inside the container might be interesting. Is that file in the container, or is it a configmap / secret mounted into the container by Kubernetes?
