It works fine when I use Docker Desktop with Kubernetes running

Hi, Can you please confirm you are on the latest version (1.9.1) of Rancher Desktop? Also, Can you please share bit more information about your configuration? You can run the command

rdctl list-settings

and share the output here.

I’ve actually managed to solve this, it seems it was a problem with the latest version of the Kubernetes i.e. v1.27.4

do you mind sharing the steps that gave you problems with v1.27.4? Just curious to see if i can reproduce and if i can it will be a good idea to add as a FAQ to help others running into the issue. Thanks

i am having this problem , the app does not work

Encountered same with a first time install of Rancher Desktop (v1.9.1). I set to Kubernetes v1.27.3 and now it works fine
