I think currently we can use the prometheus operator objects but I will confirm

We currently allow the management of the alerting cluster in a declarative manner through the opni.io AlertingCluster CRD In a near future release, we will support syncing and importing prometheus rules as Alarms through prometheus rule CRDs in dowstream clusters. Sometime in the future, there are plans to support all AlertManager receivers and and allow imports and syncing of downstream AlertManager CRD resources. Also note, that in the future there will be group configurations for Alarms, which will handle automatically replicating alarm configurations to clusters based on label matchers or their explicit ids

I was specifically interested in declaratively managing Alerting Endpoints and Alarms. I did not see CRDs for these resources.

both of these things will eventually have the option to be controlled via CRDs, with upcoming support for specifically prometheus rules to be synced as alarms
