Rancher Desktop only provides a single cluster with single node at present. However, you can use
k3d
to spin up a multi node cluster for local development/testing purposes. Please read the below doc for steps to add a multi node cluster. I hope this helps. Please note that the clusters created by
k3d
are not managed by Rancher Desktop GUI.
