Rancher 2.6.4 EKS cluster - imported

Cluster health check failed: Failed to communicate with API server during namespace check: Get "<https://B4D3DF76F148C0B8A72551C3BA00F0E2.gr7.us-east-1.eks.amazonaws.com/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system?timeout=45s>": dial tcp 10.5.11.163:443: i/o timeout

Can someone here help point what could be the issue?
