You can create a new resource

HelmChartConfig

and put your required configuration in that resource. See also: https://docs.rke2.io/helm?_highlight=helmchartconfig#customizing-packaged-components-with-helmchartconfig

Is this prior to installing/deploying those resources or after? Like, if I create the ConfigMap for an existing/already running rke2-ingress-controller, does it pick up the new config map and apply the new settings to the existing ingress-controller?
