If just Rancher then 2.6.9 -> 2.6.latest -> 2.7.x but if K3s/RKE also involved may need to upgrade those before/after to ensure supported

alright, will read the kb entry and upgrade to 2.6.13 first, then upgrade the underlying k3s to 1.24 (that i had planned anyway) and afterwards update to 2.7.5 (and then maybe 😉 to k3s 1.26)
