Does anyone know how to disable in I could not find it anywhere in either the helm chart or rancher docs (i might be blind)

Yes what i figured out is that rancher takes the ip adress located in the status.loadbalancer from the ingress spec. I made it so that this IP is always empty and so rancher does not set the annotation
