WSL proxy setting seems to work great. did notice it doesn't show in docker info as I am guessing it's a transparent. almost done with my internal process for the PR for proxy-agent as well so hopefully a bump to the module isn't too far off

06/29/2023, 5:22 PMWe do intend to use the same code across platforms as much as possible, so we will try to treat proxies similarly on macOS and Linux, but note that the proxy work is also still "in-progress", both the way it is implemented, and the way credentials are handled, so the UI may very well still change as well.
