make sure rancher-backup is latest and same version on both (old and new) clusters post restore install same version of rancher on new cluster and test and test and test

I want to keep my cluster

but migrate the Rancher control plane and worker nodes to new systems

I didn’t see it mentioned in the docs as part of Backup, Restore and DR

I somewhat suspect the process might be to take the Rancher cluster down to 2 nodes by removing one, joining my new node to bring it back up to 3 nodes in the cluster, and rinse/repeat for the remaining nodes
