As mentioned in the doc, since v1.4.0, there is an in-box feature helps simply backup the whole Longhorn system or restore an existing one to a new Longhorn system.

Would be great if https://longhorn.io/docs/1.4.2/advanced-resources/system-backup-restore/restore-to-a-new-cluster-using-velero/ refers to the new way if one is at or above v1.4.0
