Hello, We have a use case to create static pv with ReadWriteMany acces mode. We are looking at the longhorn docs https://longhorn.io/docs/1.4.2/advanced-resources/rwx-workloads/, have few questions

- can you share the sample yaml to create static pv ( we have requirement to attach the same pv with many pods/clients ) and 2nd question: A 90 second fail over is a deal breaker for us, what is the better option to create RWX pv?
