Hmm, would you be able to send us the logs to help track down the issue? The logs can be found using the
Show Logs button as described
here in the docs; the logs would have more detail if you checked the
Enable debug mode checkbox just above the
Show Logs button before reproducing the issue.
Please go through the logs first and ensure anything that needs redacting is gone first; we try our best to not log credentials etc. but are not yet confident that we didn't accidentally log any.
The best way to send us logs is probably just to
file an issue and attach the logs, though, mostly to avoid it getting too lost.
