06/17/2023, 1:28 AMI'm aware that If I cordone and delete nodes until there are only 3 left, they will be promoted accordingly. Just not sure how to selectively promote/demote each node, or even exceed 3 management nodes.

06/19/2023, 11:10 PMthe harvester controller will check if there are a min of 3 nodes present and promote them to master. in a cluster with more than 3 nodes, when one of the master nodes is deleted then the oldest non master is promoted to master

06/19/2023, 11:46 PMThanks for the information. Is there a reason why that is a case (e.g., technical challenge, industrial practice)? Or maybe, when I want to change management nodes, is there a way to remove other nodes and rejoin them afterward without having Harvester reinstalled?

06/20/2023, 12:03 AMLet's hypothetically say I have multiple nodes in a cluster (10+) and want to upgrade them, or swap roles. Do you have resources on good practice working in that scenario? I imagine no one will go to each node to configure them manually.
