I found the

plan

will be created again when I used

kubectl delete plan rke2-worker-plan -n cattle-system

. that means I cannot cancel the upgrade and I stuck at ‘the cluster being upgrading’ forever.

I found a label for the plan as

rancher-managed: true

, could I remove the plan in Rancher UI.

I cannot cancel the upgrading even if it cannot proceed. How could I bring my cluster back to availability.
