I’ve ran into this exact error. So I had to set my local proxies and no proxy as sudo in /etc/conf.d + restart Rancher, ensure allowed images is set to disabled, set the proxies and no proxy in my terminal. Then, in the dockerfile I set the proxies and the command ‘sed -i 's,http,https,g' /etc/apk/repositories’ before running the install.
