Hi - We have a rancher setup running as docker with few eks clusters managed by it. We are migrating the host to another aws account and the domain is getting changed as well. Now when the new host came up all the clusters show up as unaivailable saying cluster agent is not connected . Can anyone please suggest on how we can get this fixed

The cluster agents running in the EKS clusters would need to know the new host.

we tried that , what we did is we updated the environment variable CATTLE_SERVER in the cattle-cluster-agent deployment to the new host but that didnt help

Is the old Docker instance of Rancher still running?

It’s possible that after you manually changed the environment variable, the old instance switched it back.

We still see the new host in the deployment cattle-cluster-agent
