OS data and VM data can be stored in different disks (refer https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.1/install/iso-install for iso installation, refer https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.1/install/harvester-configuration#installdata_disk for pxe installation) 2. Different VM can use different disks. Different volumes in a VM can use different disks (refer to https://docs.harvesterhci.io/v1.1/host/#multi-disk-management)
