Been trying to read up on everything I can find but still not closer to finding a reason or solution to https://rancher-users.slack.com/archives/C3ASABBD1/p1684163104935889 The support matrix indicates everything we run should be supported ( Ubuntu and docker versions ) so still not much luck in finding a solution. The main concern is that all containers are being restarted which is something I've never seen happen before.
