I have RKE cluster that is reporting following message on Cluster Management screen (Rancher 2.7.3)

Failed to ensure monitoring project name: failed to find "cattle-prometheus" Namespace: Get "<https://10.15.6.80:6443/api/v1/namespaces/cattle-prometheus>": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:6443: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively

However when I am looking at Machines tab all the nodes are Active. Any ideas where to look?
