[solved] Service LoadBalancer stuck pending waiting for external IP. The problem was that I'd selected "default" namespace when I created the vip-pool in Harvester UI Settings, but the Service resource wasn't in default namespace. For my case, the best solution was to change the vip-pool to "global" so the IPs can be allocated for any Harvester namespace. I hope this helps the next person.
