_config/override.yaml

file fixed the issue for you. Did the issue come back?

Yes the issue is back. An unknown process (FixDNS Daemon) is regularly overwriting the file.

May I ask you to create a tracker issue: https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/issues ?
