i believe you can with cluster-management -> advanced -> repositories

Just show up in local cluster. The air gapped cluster no. But I've enabled legacy and somehow, opening rancher showed up the old dashboard style. And there, it show's this chart. Bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

the old tools/catalogs have been deprecated, not sure which version though. they've been replaced with more vanilla helm chart and app management. in terms of managing those across clusters, like the global scope, you might be interested in https://fleet.rancher.io/
