I'm still dealing with some networking issues, but they seem to be related to rancher desktop. the nuxt/dev dashboard can't reach my rancher.localhost address, but my browser can reach rancher.localhost. Its very bizarre. I'm also getting an EHOSTUNREACH, which is bizarre. I'd almost expect a ECONNREFUSED. Just calling that out in case anyone else hits a similar issue.
