My error could be related to Kustomize or Skaffold, where the helm version has a fallback value for the kube version https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75008850/kustomize-helm-error-on-chart-semver-requirements. Uncertain how to work around that at this point with those tools, without manually moving to a different version of helm. Does the helm version not also get swapped with the kubernetes versions?
